Name in Game DLC

I apologize if this is a repeat but a quick search showed yielded no results.

I know that there will be no more PA feature updates, but for those that are late to the game in buying the "Name in the Game" DLC (like me), what is the timetable for the game to be updated to include my prisoner.

I recently bought this DLC and the bio was approved but the email mentioned the next Alpha build, which I am sure is not really a thing anymore.

Is there a published plan when they might update the game with new prisoners and bugfixes?
