Agitating Radio Broadcasts - when does it end?

Hello there,

When does the event 'Agitating Radio Broadcasts' end? Are there any requirements that must be satisfied for it to end? The game gives zero indication of either of these things.

Apparently this is still a buggy issue, even now.
I guess removing all radio's from cells seems to not fix this?

I read that this can last weeks, months etc - although one individual on the Steam forums stated that they replaced all radios with TVs, and this fixed it?

I'm not sure how reliable that answer was, but it was the only fix I could find.
