Cheat controls?

I know the F keys open debug but wheres the context menu option for properties and delete. Is it in game or is it not implemented yet or will it ever be implemented?

The properties cheat that they showed in the preview for 2.0 they never told us if we're allowed to use it or how to use it.

I had ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA you were talking about that.

Can someone provide a time for the video or a screenshot of the cheat thing please, I'll see if I can find out.
