Please Help - How to access the game?

I purchased the game yesterday from Introversion Software and received a receipt with a successful charge to my card but still haven’t received the order email with the detail on how to access the game. How can I access the game?

You should have gotten the email almost instantaneously... have you checked your spam filters? Also, if I recall correctly, buying from IV requires the creation of an account, maybe? Can you log into the store using those credentials and download the game?

I only was required to enter an email address and my card info. I did receive the receipt with and order # and a message that I will receive another email shortly with the details on how to access the game. I did check my spam filters.

Same issue, except I did a little digging on the website and managed to get the email sent with the link to the download page. Unfortunately none of the links there are allowing me to download it.
