Double Remote Door, Impossible To Dismantle Bug

Hey guys. Been building this prison for a while, sandbox mode so not concerning myself with money. Just having fun building and keep my inmates in line. In my maximum security wing, I have had these two remote doors on servos that don't work. They can not be deleted. They can not be dumped. They can not be dismantled. They just don't work. They don't open, don't close. Its crazy. Also can't dismantle anything within several square surrounding them.

I had this issue too and I don't use those doors now.

Use the clear indoor area tool and remove 2 blocks around it also, and the door behind it. Try locking them as open as well that helps (they have to be open to be dismantled).
