changing priorities

hi all not sure if anyone can help just wondering if its possible to change the priorities for prisoner intake over deliveries as its delaying in intake bad as my prison gets a lot of deliveries thanks

not possible, but there are a bunch of mods out, to avoid traffic jams.

1st Roadwork:

With it you can add additional traffic lines and use a different line for your prisoners.

Make sure you have a guard on patrol, around the clock, at all the front gates, so that he efficiently opens and closes the gates at every moment it is required. Also make sure your deliveries area is near the gate, then deliveries shouldn't back up.
