[BUG?] Cameras > FoW disappears at different location

Dear introversion Team + community,

first of all I thank you for a fantastic game that I am playing for hours, days and months now. A couple of days ago I started a new prison, but having problems with cameras.

I am not using any mods and I am playing PA on a PC.

What happens: With the money of my old prison I started to build up a prison with a capacity of ~60. I placed cameras and CCTVs while building it, without connecting them immediately (maybe this is important to know). As I did connect them I noticed that they are "monitoring" a completely different area. It seems like it is all shifted ~30 squares to the left und ~30 squares down.. Does anyone have an idea how to fix that? I already tried to unmount / mount CCTVs and cameras - without success.
