Screen Bug on 3840 x 2160 resolution

Hello.I have some problem with the game.The problem is that across the screen it looks like cut. there ´s like connect between two sides of monitor and its not 100 percent connected good the right half connects the other sooner than the left shows it and pass it on the other side.
