Mouse Zoom in should be centered on the mouse cursor

Mouse Zoom in should be centered on the mouse cursor
Currently, zooming in zooms into the center of the screen. Instead, it would be great if it zoomed in on where the mouse cursor currently is instead. This would make navigating a lot easier.
