[Suggestion] Stop a camera's movement/make static

One idea would be to add a button or command (e.g. ctrl click) to the CCTV cameras where I could "pause" their panning; in other words, I want to create a fixed network of cameras where they won't pointlessly move and overlap and leave areas dark that don't need to be dark. Quite simple, yet it means I could accurately place CCTV in all of the right places and have them stay where I tell them to look.
