BUG Route/Job blocked

Sometimes the workers can't do there job like build a waste pipe at the picture without any reason. Any ideas?

The worker who supposed to do that work might be stuck in somewhere. (Probably in a room without a door or exterior closed space without a door.) If you %100 sure all workers can access to -no route- work but it still happens then a save/load will fix it.

i'm sure that all workers have access (no closed doors, space, ...). i have kicked all workers and get a new one, but it still not working. cancel the job and build it again not works (same bug). i build a new pipe right next door, picture, but old places are blocked. it sucks really, because the bug is on other places at the map too.
