[Bug] V-sync lag after Graphic Card Driver update

Hello guys!

Well I use Geforce Experience to keep my GPU drivers updated.
Today I've updated for 361.75 and when I started Prison Architect I've noticed V-sync lag while scrolling throught the land.

What can it be? Any bug or something wrong? I didn't have this before and all settings seem correct :S

Can you help? This is annoying.

I couldn't tell you what driver I have either, but I get the same issue.
