No gang leaders

Sorry if this is the wrong forum but i can't enter the developer one....

I've been playing prison architects for days, i've reached 500 prisoners and nearly 60 gangs member, but no gang leaders are spawned yet, although i have some legendary prisoners.... who aren't "old", i started a new map when the new alpha was launched.
So am i very unlucky or is it a bug?

Also i read on many website that more than one person have had this problem, so can the developers tell us the truth?

Hey this has happened to a lot of people and it is just a random thing I think. I guess that the issue is luck based and all you can do is keep letting in dangerous prisoners. You can edit the file somehow to make a gang leader but I am not sure how to, you will need to search it, I never really wanted a leader that much. Hope it helped.

As for being a developer if you click on the developer tab it should direct you to somewhere where you can enter your key from what I remember. If you enter the key they gave you then you will be allowed to post. That is what I remember anyways.
