Lockdown regime
In my prison, I started using the lockdown regime instead of sleep, because it encourages the prisoners to sleep as well as increasing the punishment grading. However, ever since I've been doing this, I've never once found a prisoner tunnel. Is this a bug? Are the developers aware of this?
