Broken piles of stuff.

If you look to the right near the entrance. *where power station used to be*
There are these piles of stuff that are now stuck...it happened during a "to dangerous" time and now all workers are stuck in a cycle trying to move them. Any way to fix this?

Click objects and see if you can manually dump them. Otherwise make sure there is access I guess! Also do you have a storage area?

i did. I even tried Dismantling everything around it. Like walls and my power station.
I even hired 100 staff guys hopping it would lodge something loose.

have you tried cancelling the jobs and re doing them? sometimes if a job has been considered too dangerous too many times it seems that it just gets forgotten about, cancelling and remaking the job tends to do the trick for me.

How do you cancel jobs? I see the jobs list and I see them on the list. But i dont see how to cancel them.

right-click on the job on the main screen, not on the job list
