Possibly dumb question - or a bug... How do you hire teacher

'ello! I unlocked education...but there's no Teacher listed under Staff. I noticed it said 'externally hired teachers.' ... Am I just really missing something? I see no one else has had a problem with this...

Thanks in advance - I got the education reform grant and can't finish it. If there's a way to turn off accepting a grant by paying back the advance or something, that'd be nice to know too.

The teacher gets hired automatically. Just create a classroom, then schedule an education program. The teacher will show up automatically much like visitors and just start teaching.
