Blinking yellow room

When I go to the entrance hall of my prison in the deployment screen it is blinking yellow. What does this mean ? I don't see yellow in the key.

Hi chaseydog,

When a sector is blinking plain yellow, it means the area is not secure and has clear access to the outside of your prison. This usually happens when a door in the sector is set to "Locked Open" or when there's an opening in your walls. If a sector is marked as not secure, prisoners will attempt to escape your prison the moment they enter the sector.
