Hi,

If I want to have a Laundry or Kitchen that is only accessible by Min & Normal prisons, but NOT max, how could I plan that? The only way I can think of is to cordon off the max sec with staff zones around it and have my kitchen/laundry as shared?

At the moment, the solution you suggest is the only one that I know of. Though you could use min/med sec zones instead of staff zones if you wanted.

I'd suggest using a double entrance, one min security and one med security
