[BUG] Inmates face wrong direction in east/west-aligned desk

I noticed this in the last build and thought it was fixed.

If a desk faces north, the inmate who sits in it will face north. This means if you put the instructor's desk in front of all the desks, the inmates will face the instructor.

If a desk faces west, the inmate will face east.

I'm not sure, but it looks like inmate Concentration is sensitive to whether the inmate has genuine line-of-sight to the instructor. When I seat inmates in east/west-aligned desks, 100% of inmates in the room will face away, and their Concentration sinks to Terrible.
