Prisoners Wont Eat?

For Some reason my prisoners wont eat , and i dont know what to do. My cooks make the food and bring it out.
All my prisoners just kind of walk in the canteen and stand around and wont touch the food. Please help?

Put some sinks in the kitchen so the cooks will clean the food plates. Prisoners won't eat off dirty ones, who would?

Thanks , I've had this prison for quite a while now and have never needed more than one sink or even realized that besides being required that it was actually used

To be honest it isn't the best one I've ever seen, not even close actually. But 'sucks' is a bit rude especially if you don't explain your comment.
