Stuck, can't download

I purchased the game, got the email with the key and download link. I clicked the link and downloaded the pdf. Obviously I did step 1 (register on forums), then I went and did step two, but now I can't get step 3 to work (the wiki). I enter my information and nothing happens, says the info is wrong or whatever and gives me an empty sign in box again. What the hell is going on?

Says it does not exist when I click on that link
