Please someone nice just answer me how i restart my game

i just bought this and there seems to be no way to restart, unless its a sticky key of some sort. im getting frustrated so maybe someone could help me figure this out so i can get back to making the world a better place by locking up scumbags,

Just hit the 'ESC' key, then 'Create New Prison'.

If that's not working reinstall the game files, try again, you could also delete the save game file in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Introversion\Prison Architect\saves then restart the game.
