if i finish this then i make a one level-mod eventually more.
The map is playable, no scripting no storyline at the moment, only fresh most part optimized models, but they are all not final now.
Some of the original-models e.g. squad are very high polycounting old one--> 1300 my in this level of detail not the half , much room for details later.
Its all modeled with very low poly count, only spawn link have some faces more.
Tell me what you like, or not.

Yes normal Scorpions have more legs but more polygons too.
All models are LOD-1 later if i have all models in my map running i can look how much details i can apply before i get lag ingame.
Yes D got poohed by an incowbator, hope its ok, i found it funny.
I have more prototypes of souleating-D-producing-machines , but i like the Cow-thing most.
Dunno how far i come with this, all models i make i offer later as models for share if my minimod is finished (the *.shp files), hope someone have fun to play with them like i have.
It looks like the game is running smoother with them and for example the squads if you zoom ingame close up to them it looks very hard-pixeled, i dont can see details at the original squad (if close).
If its interesting for someone i can write the polycount to the pics (before/original-after/my)
A storyline, hmm yes there are some crazy storys in my head, i can let out.
