Couple of small Linux bugs with Demo2

Couple of small Linux bugs (this is the right thread right?):

1. the mouse keeps resetting to the center of the screen in play and in the menus:

I think this error in the console is related:

It appears around 20 times.

2. I managed to mess up focus for programs in the task manager on the first play through. I created a couple of engineers at the start of the demo to reprogram the central islands radar dish, once they were done I created a squad on that main island. After that it became impossible for any task other than the squad to have focus including new programs, though I could destroy tasks with the close icon the task manager.

This was only cleared by resetting the level, I haven't been able to replicate it since.
