Repeated irrelevant message in Task Manager

When using the Task manager, if you click on any part of any of the none-central screens (Gesture information, Research screen etc,) you will get a message stating that gestures can only be performed on the centre Gesture screen. This happens even if you are not holding any keys (For example ALT) and even if you click on a valid area.

For example, clicking on a different research topic will bring up that error message, followed by the correct "I will research improvements to..." message.

you have to right click in the research area, and then it wont give you that message
