Introversion and Ambrosia software:same developers?

Hi, I've never think an Mac version of Introversion product; yesterday a friend, mac user, talk me about darwinia and Ambrosia software, not introversion software... this is the question:
Ambrosia and Introversion software have the same staff?

No. Introversion Software is the developer. Ambrosia software is the publisher.

Basically IV made it, Ambrosia sell the Mac version.
