officer isnt working.

i'm not holding shift down
my officer refuses to send orders.
if i right click somewhere my officer just moves.

Do you, by any chance, have a G15 keyboard? Or a keyboard that has macros? Cause it's possible that you pushed one of those buttons before, which holds Shift down but never lets go, so you didn't know it was actually "pushed". By the way, if that is the case, simply pressing the button should fix it. But anyway, since reinstalling fixed, I guess it doesn't matter.
