DEMO restriction despite my full game auth

My authentication status is Accepted, but I saw a DEMO restricted game:

I tried to join this game but the 'BUY GAME' screen appeared.
Eventually the game became full and went gray-yellow.

And oh yeah. Found it. I'm also a Steam user. Also the server name was "Steve".
