Officer resigned.

Postby John-a-tron » Mon Sep 29, 2008 9:34 pm

So i started playing multiwinia on release day

Less than a week later i notices that i couldn't use my Officer, he would refuse to send orders, only to (with slight difficulty) put people in formation

If i do the right click right click thing, he just walks along. to the place i clicked

I've reinstalled twice and still no luck

Singleplayer funnily enough works fine

Any help? :(

You're holding shift down.

Shift causes the officer to move to the clicked spot instead of issue a goto. Several other units have modifiers like this too. Ctrl for instance causes units to ignore path finding.

While beta-testing, and most likely by some other beta-tester finding it by accident.

Actually, you do ;)

If you right click on Multiwinia on the game list you can pick to see the manual (not to mention it's one of the links on the store page)
