Display bug for close multiwinians

Postby lorant » Sun Sep 21, 2008 9:44 pm

Hi,

I have a stange display bug in game everytime the camera get close to some multiwinians:

It also appear for the big red MG on the menu screen, but only after starting at least one game (on launch the red MG is correctly displayed):

I downloaded the game again, in case something was corrupted, with no effect.

Most of the time it's not a problem, as it only affect close MGs. I had the bug once on all multiwinians on the screen, but I can't repoduce it (quitting and restarting the game fixed the problem).

I have an ATI 4850 card. I tried with both the 8.8 and 8.9 catalyst drivers (on vista).

Is there something in the debug.txt file that could provide useful information?

I have the exact same problem, I created a thread about this 4 minutes before you. xD
I'm using an ATi Radeon HD 2900 XT on Windows XP, using Catalyst 8.9

Setting Catalyst AI to Standard did actually fix it for me. :)
Cheers!

Yes, I've just seen it. I'm french, and I'm a bit slow at writing posts. I should have checked the forum before hitting "submit"...

And setting the Catalyst AI to standard also fixed the bug.

Thanks!

Someone with the problem should probably fill a support ticket with ATI/AMD.

(Please tell us if you actually get a reply from ATI/AMD)
