Officers Gone wack!!

Alright, just today, I promoted an officer, and when I used "right click" to set a goto mode, the officer moved to where I rightclicked instead of setting a goto path. This is very strange and disturbing because I can no longer give MW's their orders with a wacky officer... Is this a bug?

No. You were holding the shift button and triggered the officer's secondary action, which is to move.

Lol, I was always so confused about this. I was never able to move my officers, but the enemies had no problem doing it (some of them made their officers go in circles and I think it was just to spite me).

Why not? He posted on topic, to express how helpful/useful this thread was to him. It would have been nice if he had acknowledged that he was bumping an old thread, but as far as I can tell, he acted entirely appropriately, in that he (a) searched the forums for old threads pertaining to his problem, and (b) didn't create a new thread to address an already answered question. I believe that he met the criteria for bumping old threads.

Philapathy: Ignore NeatNit, he is a moron.

You're right about both of those points, however finding the information he was looking for and posting in the thread are two completely different things.

The coherent first post you desire is illusory. Your desires bring you suffering. Transcend your need for coherent first posts.
