Filling out the application made me realize my PC is (recently) over three years old. The first drive that went in it was purchased in Jan '05. Good thing they made the WD740GD's out of good stuff.
Happy Belated Birthday PC, sniff.

Heh, if only I had the extra $.
I guess all I can say is I'm glad I'm my own Technical Support. This pc has been through quite a lot. Several moves, including A 600+ mile (or 960+ kilometer for you non-Americans) cross country move complete with a three day delay in a hotel (yep, I dug it out of the moving truck and unboxed it), *various "mishandlings" (when I knew better), several internal changes, and long nights of Defcon sessions.
*I've; bent the pins on the CPU (and rebent with a mechanical pencil) at least twice that I can recall, broken the screws of the connector for my ATI card so the only thing (that has been for a very long time) holding the cable to the card are the pins of the DVI connector , and yes I bent those too, , and of course handled every single internal part without using my anti static wrist strap many many many times.
