But I'd guess the receipt was the order confirmation or email, or the one containing your MW key.

You would also contact Ambrosia Software, rather than IV, as Ambrosia handles the Mac version, not IV. However, what do you mean "return?" If you are looking for a refund, you are very unlikely to get it...
