I don't have a 360, mainly as when it comes to it, I'm a PC Purist, though I do have a 360 controller as it is a really nice controller. Due to issues with a hard drive I am awaiting the Bioshock demo, and have to wait till I get paid next week to buy it.
Which is better? All depends. You don't want to care about settings, console is the way to go. Just stick the disc in and play. PC is all about control for me though, dual monitor setup, 360 and PS2 controllers, G15 keyboard, MX1000 mouse. I've got your control right here. Sure some of those settings may be annoying (Gaming on Vista? Are you cracked Chris, seriously) but for the most part it gives me a level of control I enjoy.
All in all, I enjoy the control PC gives me, but nothing beats a bash out session of a few silly games on a Wii, and that is what consoles should be for, large group gaming. PC is somewhat more refined.

How do you beat me? I didn't even list all of my systems. I also have a PSX, Sega Genesis (with a SegaCD), and and Atari 2600. Oh, and I have a Game Gear running around somewhere. And I still have my G4 lappy, and the G3 in the Yosemite tower. \o/

It's quite disturbing...more than enough Clockwork Orange in there for me...
I've started Call of Jaurez again (played it for 5mins before heading back to DefCon ) ...great fun as Reverend Ray gunslinging...top notch graphics too...

I just remembered I had a new laptop which can actually handle all these new fangled directx things, so I downloaded the demo.
The first scene was nice, burning plane and ripply reflective water at night. Looked nothing like actual water, it was far too regular and reflective like a massive vat of mercury or something. It all seems a bit Half Life 2ey to me though, especially with the ridiculous flaming stuff, hurling things everywhere and creepy monsters.
The 1960sness was quite nice though.

I played the Bioshock demo this afternoon on my PC (What do you mean I should have been working? I don't know what you're talking about!) and I was thoroughly impressed.
It's quite a tricky decision for me because on the one hand, I've got a totally awesome PC and I've had little to play on it that justifies how much I spent on the damn thing, and I've always prefered FPS' with a Mouse/Keyboard.
On the other hand though, I'm picking up a 360 Elite after PAX, and it would be pretty cool to have Bioshock to play around with on that too.
It's a hard choice, but I imagine my decision will be the PC. Hell, I can always use the 360 controller on that if I have the urge.

Sorry just the PC platform is enough, proper opengl drivers that work.

Oddly enough I'm in the same boat as you Ice. I'm not too sure what to invest in.
