Help me get going

This is the 1st time ive tried playing this game for a year, so many upgrades :) However how the hell do I get my Deployment, Logistics , Intelligence & Clone to open in the tabs ?

Your must unlock them through bureaucracy. If unsure where to find them check YouTube and search for Prison Architect for playthrough.

Bureaucracy is now located on the top left of the screen while in-game. From there you can find all of the upgrades you can perform for the prison.
