Which game? Introversion sells many games, and you have not specified which one. In general, you should log into the store with whatever credentials you originally used. For there, you can get to a downloads page. Alternatively, you could look through your email to find the link that was originally provided to you. Finally, if the game that you are looking to re-download is Prison Architect, you should check the builds page, though note that you will need to provide appropriate credentials in order to get access.
