what I am trying to say that this is improving but not quite there.
So I thought what if prisoners get with certain amounts of money (mafia bosses maybe more money)
when they enter the prison and who may use any small shops and junk food dispensers that they
can spend money on. the same with work can be paid (but obviously not much)
it becomes in a sense the economy in dungeons keeper 2 where the
minions are paid after a certain time. and when they do not get paid, they were angry or not willing to do anything.
