Hi there, hopefully any IV staff can read this cos I didn't get any response via the website submission.

I'm trying to make a purchase over IV's online store, but the site says that my credit card can't be authorised when I tried to confirm the purchase.

Can any IV staff help check the issue? I'm trying to do the right thing here but I can't support you guys if I can't even make the purchase...

Check your CVV2 number is correct and such.

Call your bank and see if your card is blocked for making purchases online.

Then IV would have to check with their payment gateway to see whats wrong.

I've verified with my bank and made some online transactions recently after my attempt at IV's online store, it's still working ok. So i know my cc is fine.

Also, i noted that IV's online store doesn't accept Visa Electron registered outside the UK, but mine's a regular Visa credit card registered to a local bank in Malaysia. Shouldn't be a problem right?

Really wish IV would get back to me on this... really craving for Uplink right now Played the demo and was hooked.
