I'm running Ubuntu and installed it via the Feisty Repositorys. This is just the game demo.
Also running a Dell Dimension 3100 with onboard graphics. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks for the reply, I'm new to linux! So don't really understand the whole graphics / gaming side of it yet.

This is one of the biggest aspects of Linux I want to improve. Some of the error messages in linux SUCK. And if you run a program from the GUI and it errors out you get NO ERROR. It's an extremely poor design that shows the system is still optimized for programmers and CLIs.
