Hrm. Is there an option for 'Bicubic interpolation' per chance? If not, then your editor uses the wrong name for it ;)

I'm using Gimp, and the best it claims to offer is cubic. I guess that's what's normally called bicubic, yes, but the "bi" just means you go cubic in both coordinate directions (right? I'm no image manipulation expert), so it is kind of redundant; anything else makes little sense for twodimensional images :)
