CHEATER ALERT!

Postby Radiant Caligula » Wed Jan 31, 2007 6:26 am

I spectated a game last week. A 1v1 NA vs Africa.

Me and (supposedly) 2 other specs attended.

This guy playing NA called "SuperSixFive" sent all his bombers, both land and carrier, over Europe.
I chatted a great deal with one spec and the other "[CORRECT]4cc" was silent.

An armada of NA bombers hung over Europe and I happened to click the "Orders" tab. And waddua know?
"SuperSixFive" targeted Africa's silos RIGHT AWAY. No way he could have gotten the target intel he needed, so I screamed CHEATER
and the silent spec insisted that "if I really had done that, don't you think I would have whistled it myself?". "Uhm, no. That's EXACTLY what you
wouldn't have done. BUSTED!" I said.

And the guy actually manages to LOSE despite ghosting a 1v1.

And I logged on today. I thought to myself if you are busted so hard of cheating, it might be a good idea to change nicks?
But NOO, suddenly I see a server up with "both" those suckers inside, practicing ghosting against 2 CPU's.

You have been warned. "SuperSixFive" and "[CORRECT]4cc" is an idiot trying to perfect his ghosting. An idiot who won't even bother change his nick
after being busted is clearly no match for real players, but I repeat: beware of the ghost...

I can't see any major malfunction in ratting out cheaters. It would normally be pointless, but it seems the guy does not change his nick, and that removes a bit of the pointlessness.

Amongst our weaponry are such diverse elements as fear, surprise, ruthless efficiency, an almost fanatical devotion to the Pope, and nice red uniforms!
