Just listened to JMS & Company tearing shit up in a performance today (wait until around the 1:30 mark), and I thought I'd share it with those of you who are interested. I apologize for the sound quality. Didn't think to set up in advance, so I just used Audacity to record the iTunes stream coming out of my speakers. That's why it sounds like they were playing in front of a goose's beak, while I recorded its ass. They actually sounded much better.

I am not a big jazz fan, but I found Stanley Turrentine pretty accessable. Clear melodies, optimistic yet jazzly twisted, nice tempo.
