slow player can not join Group6 servers

Oops, just read Legendary said it is a CD key issue. So it basically is nonsense what I said about IP adresses in this case.

It could be both cases.
-CD-Key-Issue: Game doesn't get authenticated, defcon falls back to demo mode.
-IP/Networking-Issue: He couldn't join G6 servers, except Public Chat. If i remember correct, he complained there. Maybe Public Chat has more tolerant MaxPing and MaxPacketLoss settings than game servers?

I'm thinking the issue might be the [DEMO] restricted command. If he is indeed having key problems, G6 may have the demo players restricted.

We took off all Demo Restrictions the moment players where having MetaServer problems and could only play on Demo. So that is not the case either.

Slow player is banned by both, keyid and IP address. I don't know why.

How I un banned it, looked at the Database for bans and I could not find it or with no Admins reasons. Could you pm me his info, maybe I got it wrong. But would like to look into it further before we un ban, maybe it was done for a reason.
