More women in staff

It would be nice if there was a 50/50 quota of women in the staff.
Each time you hire someone you have a 50% chance to get a female/male worker.

The current setup is a bit old fashioned with only the doctors and accountants being female.

Well, a couch would most probably not be needed in a prison's psychiatrist's office :)
That cliché is quite obsolete. And this kind of psychiatrist is not meant to do psychotherapy sessions, anyway. He is meant to help keep the prisoners in line and reasonably happy.

A staff room would be nice.

Apparently the poster means this:

It think the term T&A is more rude than the game's pictures. I seriously hope the OP has not written his post at work!

What kind of events would you suggest? A prison party would most assuredly lead to a very different outcome than you seem to think of. It would most likely introduce fresh batches of contraband, allow situations in which prisoners might escape etc. Remember, this is a prison, not a workplace, so thi...

+2!

I think next day is perfect, not the next bus.
Or add a difficulty modifier with "delay for new staff".

[idea] Show prisoner/cell assignment

There should be a way to find out which prisoner belongs to which cell. While hovering above a prisoner or a cell, a line would be drawn between them, so you can easily see if a cell has already been assigned to an inmate. Also, there should be an overlay, showing which cells are currently free and ...
