Sometimes the Release of prisoners outweigh the Intake.

Bit of a pain but you can always edit the save file to get a bigger intake.

They're probably waiting to be transported to their cell of Solitary, sometimes it takes a while to move them, make sure you've got some Solitary Confinement cells.

Which bodies are not being collected? If it's workmen, janitors or cleaners they require others of the same type to remove the body. Uhm, if that's not it if you could provide a screenshot we may be able to see into it a little more.

Ensure the delivery blocks are connected to the path/road otherwise the trucks won't recognise it being there

All you need to do mate is click your prisoner and right click the cell, the guards should then move him to his new home

From what I know, I don't know if it's fact, just like you said Pogo fires in prisons are quite limited. Apart from materials that can be set on fire in cells that's about it. I imagine if a fire alarm did go off then standard procedure would be for prisoners to head directly to their cells and awai...

I quite like this as a little feature, would be good. I like the thought of prisoners using it to their advantage, setting off the alarm to cause trouble.
