Have you considered using Lua? It is easier to use, and if you need help, it is more likely people here can help you

Calculating Nuke Damage
I've seen various online nuke "simulators", such as HYDEsim which plot the damage which would result if a certain strength of nuke was detonated in a city.
I was wondering if anyone knows how the overpressures, thermal effects and fireball size are calculated?
