Also, you could continue to hack banks. Yeah, I hacked one account from each of the banks, and went up a rank for each one. Then I tried hacking another bank account and the rank didn't go up... Because the higher the level the more points you need to get to the next level and a bank hack only wort...

You can backup your save game anyway

My Uplink rating is 3 (Veteran) but how many missions would I need to do to advance to 1?

You can use a program called Cheat Engine to increase money but I don't see the point of doing so; the game is already easy enough

You can change the time using Cheat Engine

You have to delete the money transfer statements too (if you steal money) otherwise you get caught real quick
