I know you're a small crew......... but can I humbly suggest investing in a game designer who only concentrates on gameplay and not on code? You guys need a Dustin Browder to keep your eyes fixed on the prize.

I think I would disagree and would rather focus on one operation at a time. I'd rather the game focused you on executing one mission really well then trying to juggle multiple teams across multiple areas. If you overwhelm the user, they tend to just stop caring. Unless you're expecting to break int...

I'm so effing confused... Are we or are we not discussing a Brit who thought "colour" was misspelled as "color?" 'Cause that's what I got from it, and it's pretty damn funny. Usually it's us "ignorant Americans" commenting on the opposite mix-up... but not this time, b*...

I've read the article. This entire topic is about that article. There is really no reason to treat me like an idiot and repost the article as though it completely supports your point of view. If there is something in particular that you would like to point out, perhaps you could quote it? I see a l...

I'm not sure that they have actually shown any real gameplay in those demos (though I could be wrong). The impression that I get is that they have shown off the physics, procedural generation, and a host of other technology, but that they have not really given anyone a good idea about what the game...

Oh. I thought the Subversion RSS feed was seperate, but apparently it links to the blog's. ;) Introversion in the past have preferred to hide the meat of the game from the unsuspecting public until its pretty much ready to ship. I reckon they will do the same thing here. I'd be more inclined...

If you direct your attention to the blog posts , specifically those titled "It's all in your head," you may be able to find several videos that IV has posted. or just look here (...) One missing part, big deal :P Aha! It was that one missing part that wasn't showing up in my RSS feed. Reg...

I respectfully disagree too. Simply because this is a game in which you're suppose to sabotage and steal other people's property :) And a little vigilante justice could do us a bit of good since nothing else seems to work right now, but I don't want to go into that philosophical discussion :) Back ...

1. Either the group the player controls should be modern Robin Hoods (like in Leverage TV Show - if you didn't watch it, what are you waiting for - it's practically a live action Subversion :) ) "Until men learn that of all human symbols, Robin Hood is the most immoral and the most contemptibl...

I think it's safe to assume that Subversion is more than "just avoiding guards" ... The blog included very detailed electrical and security system diagrams, all using logical switches and all of which interact with the environment in an organic way. I keep recalling the "covering a se...

^ Sounds like a very ambitious game that I would like to someday play, but it doesn't sound like Subversion, which I would like to play even more, and soon at that. ;)

My guess is that Subversion follows a story in the real world that ties together Dr. Supulva making Darwinia and jealous colleagues planting a virus in the system. Then (during the unending war in Darwinia) you play as a megacorperation who has siezed all of Dr. Supulva's work including Darwinia. Y...
