On the same note, I find it strange that Madrid is not included in the game, even with max cities selected. All other major capitals in Europe are included. Only reason I can think of is that Madrid is excluded for political reasons but I sure hope not. That would mean that the terrorists are winning.

I was playing in a game last night were the host quit and shut down the server. Pretty sure it was no accident as I was winning by a huge margin. Sounds like a good solution to me, and would be pretty realistic too IMO. Also, this should be combined with a fix to the arcs so that they fly south in the southern hemisphere.
