try to add this:
Option "MetaModes" "1680x1050,1680x1050; 1680x1050"
now you should see both modes in xrandr:
Screen 0: minimum 1680 x 1050, current 3360 x 1050, maximum 3360 x 1050
default connected 3360x1050+0+0 0mm x 0mm
3360x1050 50.0*
1680x1050 51.0

i found a bug: On missions like: Highly skilled Agend required for removal job. if i complete a mission (i read the news and see that the target is in arest...) and send a reply back i become directly 2 messages... one: that they can't believe.... (missiom failed) and the message that the mission is...

is the linux tar file broken?

good job :) font is ok now and no errors so far. *edit ok i found something... when i got to the "gateway upgrade" page there are some overlaps with the font... Click and i think some chars are hard to read.. like a etc.. when i change to another system shell (on my real mashine) uplink ex...

i've updated my uplink and it works... (i havn't test it complete).
i'm using gentoo 1.12.5 (gcc-4.1.1).

BUT i think the font is crap

have any one tried a compilation with gcc 4.1...?
